Exterior & Interior Aircraft Cleaning
Bio-Kleen B-95
The soils that typically
develop on the exterior surface of aircraft are usually quite
complex and it is often necessary to use two different types of
cleaning materials to remove them. Usually, a heavy duty alkaline or
solvent cleaner is used followed with an acidic material to remove
carbonaceous, oxidized and carbon deposits.
Bio-Kleen B-95 has been
formulated to provide dual action in one step cleaning. It has a
high penetrating action that cuts through oil, grease and carbon
quickly. Bio-Kleen B-95 rinses freely and completely with water
without leaving any oil residue. It has been approved by Boeing
Technology and successfully passed the following tests:
- Paint Softening
- Sandwich Corrosion
- Acrylic Crazing
- Hydrogen Embrittlement
In addition to being used as
an exterior aircraft cleaner and parts protector, Bio-Kleen B-95
can also be used to remove tough soils from locomotives, ships, and
buses. It is safe to use, environmentally friendly, and
characterized by low VOC emissions. The COD of the product is
sufficiently low that once diluted with rinse water, it can be
discharged directly to the sewer.
Enviro-Kleen 2000
Enviro-Kleen 2000 is a
concentrated biological multi-purpose liquid cleaner that can be
used on glass surfaces, building exteriors and interiors, airplanes,
floors of institutional areas, warehouses, dishes, pots, pans, etc.
Enviro-Kleen 2000 produces a high suds level and is fortified with
water softening agents for hard water areas.

Paint Strippers
Enviro-Strip 2000
Enviro-Strip 2000 has been
formulated by Kam Biotechnology as a substitute for methylene chloride
paint strippers and carbon removers. The formulation contains
several ester complexes, furfural alcohol and a proprietary carrier
that break the bond between the paint and the metal almost as fast
as methylene chloride based paint removers. Enviro-Strip 2000 is the
ideal stripper for epoxy paint, lacquer, polyester and some
synthetic paints because it is safe on aluminum and does not present
any threat to aquatic life or the environment.
Esterix-Blend
Esterix-Blend is a solvent
system formulation that provides the "results" of a Methylene
chloride system without its associated drawbacks. Esterix Blend is
the safe way to achieve "DCM" (dichloromethane) performance by
using rapeseed based products combined with gamma butyrilactone to
form a bio-solvent with a very high flash point and free form VOC's.
Esterix Blend exhibits excellent solvency over a broad range of
resins commonly used in paint and coating formulations. It solvates
lacquer type systems and is highly effective in solvating both
acrylic polyester and polyurethane formulations. When desired, the
rate of solvent activity can be increased by raising the temperature
of the Esterix Blend or the substrata to be stripped (50 to 65°C).
Esterix-Blend (New Formula)
A proprietary
solvent cleaner with a high flash point. It is an excellent choice
for cleaning metal parts and brakes. It works very well in immersion
tank parts washers.

Surface Treatment Products
Bio-Det AR-5
Bio-Det AR-5 is an organic
salt that can replace acids in many processes. This formulation is
71% the strength of HCl Acid when dissolving Calcium Carbonate; 70%
more effective than Citric and Glycolic Acid; and 50% more effective
than Phosphoric Acid when dissolving Calcium Carbonate. Bio-Det AR-5
offers significant performance and cost advantages verses acids.
Bio-Det AR-10
KAM Bio-Det AR-10 is a
proprietary liquid descaler specifically formulated to dissolve all
water scale, lime, mud, rust and other water-formed deposits that
are found in any type of water operated heat transfer equipment or
cooling system. This product has proven to be cost effective and
phenomenally successful.
Bio-Sol-HD 57
KAM
Biotechnology Ltd. has developed the ultimate ozone-friendly,
environmentally-safe, bio-solvent - Bio-Sol-HD 57. This is a
genuine substitute for a variety of chlorinated, halogenated,
aromatic and oxygenated solvents. Bio-Sol-HD 57 is a high
performance versatile bio-solvent that is a clean and colorless
liquid of low volatility (similar to water) with a characteristic
bouquet odor. This product is manufactured through a proprietary
fermentation process using carbohydrate feedstock and renewable
organic materials obtained from corn, soy beans and sunflower.
Bio-Sol-HD 57 has many industrial applications.
Bio-Sol HD57 (New Formula)
A
non-regulated, 100% biodegradable solvent cleaner and degreaser with
a high flash point. It is used as a replacement for many chlorinated
solvents including 1,1,1-trichloroethane, ortho-dichlorobenzene,
methylene chloride, and perchloroethylene. It can be used in
immersion tanks or in spray cleaning or dipping operations.

Wastewater Treatments
Bio-Zyme 1000 HC
Bio-Zyme
1000 HC is an efficient, oil-solubilizing bio-surfactant that
reacts with water and oil to form a homogeneous, clear solution by
coupling action. Coupling oil and water is the optimum form of
emulsification. It holds oil in a solution throughout the
cleaning process and permits hosing off with fresh or salt water and
eliminates residual oil problems. BIO-ZYME 1000 HC is mild,
non-acid and safe for personnel to use, non-flammable, low foaming
and non-toxic. Bio-Zyme 1000 HC conforms to all United States
standards of biodegradability.
Bio-Zyme 2500
Bio-Zyme 2500 is a unique,
salt-tolerant dehydrated microbial ecosystem, dispersible in water,
that is capable of biologically decomposing various types of polyhalogenated organic compounds, including halogenated phenols,
herbicides, insecticides, dioxin, PCB and similar type compounds, to
ecologically acceptable end products that are non-toxic to the
environment.
Bio-Zyme 2500 Blend
A combination
of white rot fungi (Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Phanerochaete
sordida) and adapted Rhodococcus chlorophenolicus capable of
breaking down a variety of chlorinated and halogenated organics
including organochlorinated pesticides (DDT, HCH, lindane,
chlordane, dieldrin), wood preservatives (TCP, PCP), PCB's and
chlorinated solvents (methylene chloride, 1,1,1-trichloroethane,
perchloroethylene).
Bio-Zyme
4001
Bio-Zyme 4001 is a biological
additive for breaking down paraffin and liquefying crude oil. Tank
cleaning applications vary in complexity and type depending on a
number of different parameters. Most tank cleaning applications
however, involve basic sediment and water (BS&W) or tank bottom
accumulations that have paraffin, emulsion, or other hydrocarbon,
and sediment-related problems. Conventional methods for cleaning
tanks can be costly, damaging to equipment, and dangerous to
personnel. Bio-Zyme 4001 offers an alternative technology that can
significantly reduce problems associated with tank cleaning.

52 contains a unique microbial ecosystem that is capable of enzymatically metabolizing various types of hydrocarbons and organic
chemical intermediates to ecologically acceptable end products under
aerobic and facultative anaerobic conditions.
Bio-Zyme KF 1976
Bio-Zyme KF
1976 combines a variety of biological additives (Phanerochaete
sordida, liposome, yeast extract, peroxidase enzymes and lysozyme
chloride) with micro- and macro-nutrients, an oxygen source and
a bio-accelerator to enhance microbial growth. Applications include
bioremediation of contaminated soils and wastewater.

3000 is a microbial ecosystem for composting organic waste that
contains a group of thermophilic microorganisms that are capable of
liquefying and digesting all forms of organic wastes, such as animal
manure and poultry droppings, domestic garbage, dead vegetation and
similar types of refuse from homes, food processing plants, feed
lots, stockyards, canneries and fisheries.
Bio-Zyme MD 157 Superstar
Bio-Zyme MD
157 Superstar is a high strength multipurpose liquid bioactive
formulation for biodegradation of institutional and food-processing
wastes, odor removal from animal waste sludge & accelerated
bio-composting. This novel proprietary combination of high strength
viable mixed bacterial cultures, white rot fungi enzymes, micro- and
macro-nutrients, surface tension suppressors and bio-surfactants is
formulated to liquefy and breakdown a variety of compounds such as

Metaplex 2000
Metaplex
2000 is a fungus inoculum and a proprietary aqueous organic acid

salts from an aqueous/liquid waste stream. The ingredients in Metaplex 2000 are neither noxious nor significantly toxic; will not
corrode machinery; and are registered EPA for use in treatment of
heavy metal waste waters.
Nitro-Zyme 300

is a potent mixture of viable bacterial culture, Micrococcus sp.,

carbon source formulated specifically to breakdown COD, suspended
solids (SS) and a variety of non-biodegradable organics.
Bio-Zyme B-52 WRF
Bio-Zyme B-52 WRF is a newly improved
microbial formulation with added power and activity. Its
unique microbial ecosystem is able to degrade aliphatic and aromatic
